Moist Vanilla Madeira Sponge
A tried and tested moist sponge cake. Suitable for any occasion. Other flavours can be catered for.
Chocolate Cake
A deep rich chocolate cake loved by any chocoholic!!!
Lemon Cake
A light, summery citrus cake which can be filled with buttercream and lemon curd.
Fruit Cake
A rich fruit cake. Made using a variety of fruit peels and dried fruits. The cake is matured over time whilst being drizzled with brandy (optional). To ensure cake is matured sufficiently at least 2 months notice is required for a fruit cake.
Fillings
A simple buttercream made from icing sugar and pure butter. This can be flavoured with chocolate, lemon or orange. This can be accompanied by jam or lemon curd.
For chocoholics why not try a Nutella filling or a personal favourite chocolate orange frosting.
